superace2 Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Wallet
This page covers every money operation your superace2 account supports — from funding your wallet before a session to moving your balance back to your local payment method after one. The payment methods available here are Maya, InstaPay, and Bank Transfer; each one lives inside the Cashier section of your account dashboard after you log in.
Adding funds starts from the Cashier tab inside your logged-in account. Select your preferred method — Maya, InstaPay, or Bank Transfer — and the account will display the exact fields and minimum amount required for that rail. Maya deposits use your registered Maya account number; InstaPay routes through your bank's app using the reference number we generate for you. Bank Transfer deposits require you to use the account details shown on screen and include the reference code in the remarks field — skipping that code is the single most common reason a deposit takes longer to appear.
Open the Cashier
Log in to your superace2 account and tap the Cashier or Wallet icon. This opens the deposit screen where all available payment methods are listed with their current minimum amounts.
Choose Maya, InstaPay or Bank Transfer
Select the rail you want to use. Each method shows its own set of fields — Maya asks for your linked mobile number, InstaPay shows a reference number, and Bank Transfer displays account details to copy.
Enter the Amount and Confirm
Key in the deposit amount, double-check the reference or account details shown on screen, then confirm the transfer from your wallet or banking app. Include the reference code in remarks for Bank Transfer.
Balance Posts to Your Wallet
After the payment rail confirms receipt, the amount appears in your superace2 wallet balance. You will see a confirmation status on screen; save your receipt from the sending app as a record.
MOVE YOUR BALANCE
Withdrawing from Your superace2 Account
When you are ready to move your balance out, go back to the Cashier tab and choose Withdraw. The withdrawal screen lists the same local rails — Maya, InstaPay, and Bank Transfer — and each one requires the account details you want the funds sent to. For Maya and InstaPay, enter the mobile number or account number registered to your wallet; for Bank Transfer, provide the exact bank account name, number, and details as they appear on your bank records.
Open Cashier and Select Withdraw
Log in and navigate to the Cashier tab. Tap Withdraw to open the request form, which lists Maya, InstaPay and Bank Transfer as available payout destinations alongside the minimum withdrawal amount for each.
Enter Your Payout Account Details
Type in the Maya number, InstaPay-linked account, or bank account details where you want funds sent. Account name must match the registered name on your payment method exactly to avoid a hold.
Confirm and Submit the Request
Review the amount and destination details, then tap Submit. A confirmation screen shows a request reference number — copy it or take a screenshot so you can track this specific withdrawal in Transaction History.
Track Status in Transaction History
Open Transaction History inside your account dashboard to see the live status of the request. If the status has not updated after the expected window, contact support with your request reference number ready.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Verifying Your superace2 Account
Account verification is the step that connects your superace2 wallet to a real, confirmed identity — it is what allows withdrawals to reach the right person and keeps your balance protected if you ever need to recover account access. You will need a government-issued photo ID and a photo or scan that clearly shows your name and the document number. Upload these through the Verification section in your account settings; the status updates there once the review is complete. Submitting clear, unedited images speeds the process. Verification is required only once unless your account details change.
Open Verification in Account Settings
After logging in, go to Account Settings and select the Verification tab. The screen lists which documents are required and shows the current status of any previously submitted documents.
Upload a Government-Issued Photo ID
A valid passport, national ID, or driver's licence is accepted. The image must be clear, unobstructed and show the full document including name, photo and ID number without cropping.
Submit and Wait for Status Update
After uploading, tap Submit. The Verification tab in your account settings will reflect the review outcome. You do not need to contact support unless the status stays at Pending beyond the timeframe shown on screen.
PAYMENT METHODS
Local Payment Rails in Your superace2 Cashier
Your superace2 Cashier supports three local payment rails, each suited to a different account habit. Maya is the straightforward wallet-to-wallet option — fund directly from your Maya balance using the mobile number tied to your account. InstaPay connects to a wider set of banks and e-wallets across the Philippines network, so it works whether your primary account is with a major bank or a digital wallet.
Maya
Fund or withdraw using your Maya wallet balance. Deposits use your registered Maya mobile number; withdrawals go back to the same Maya account. Available on both the deposit and withdrawal screens in your Cashier.
InstaPay
Transfer funds through the InstaPay network, which covers most Philippine banks and e-wallets. Use the reference number we generate on the deposit screen, and enter your InstaPay-linked account for withdrawals.
Bank Transfer
Move funds directly from your Philippine savings or checking account. The deposit screen shows our receiving account details; always include the reference code in the remarks field so the transfer posts to your wallet without delay.
TRANSACTION RECORDS
Matching Your Wallet Receipt to Your Account History
Every deposit and withdrawal your superace2 account processes generates a record on two sides: your external wallet or bank app, and your account's Transaction History. Knowing how to read both together is what lets you confirm a transfer landed correctly — or build a clear case for support if it did not. The reference number we assign at the Cashier screen is the key that links both sides. Note it down before you close the Cashier, or screenshot the confirmation page.
Reference Numbers
Every Cashier action generates a unique reference number shown on the confirmation screen. This number appears in both your external wallet app receipt and the corresponding line in your superace2 Transaction History — it is how both records are matched.
Status Labels
Transaction History uses consistent status labels: Pending, Processing, Completed, and Failed. A Pending status means the transfer has been submitted but the payment rail has not yet confirmed receipt. Completed means the balance has moved. Failed means the transfer did not go through and no funds were deducted.
Account History View
Your full transaction log is in the Transaction History tab of your account dashboard. Each entry shows the method used, the amount, the date and time, and the current status. Filter by date range to narrow down a specific session or deposit.
Evidence to Keep
Save the receipt or screenshot from your Maya, InstaPay or bank app and note the reference number from the Cashier confirmation. These two pieces of evidence together are what support needs to trace and resolve any transaction that does not appear as expected.
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
How We Protect Your Transactions and Account
Banking security on superace2 runs across four layers: the connection you use to reach our Cashier, the identity check tied to your account, the wallet ownership confirmation we run on payout requests, and the support path available when something needs a human to look at it. Each layer serves a specific purpose. We check that you are accessing the real superace2 domain so your payment details are not entered on a spoofed page. Identity verification ties withdrawals to a confirmed person, not just an account number.
Domain Check
Always access your account through superace2. Before entering any payment details, confirm the URL in your browser matches exactly. The padlock icon in your address bar confirms the connection is encrypted. Do not follow links from unverified messages.
Identity Verification
The one-time KYC step connects your account wallet to a confirmed identity. This is what protects your balance if you ever need to recover access to your account, and it is required before any withdrawal request can be released.
Wallet Ownership Confirmation
Withdrawal destinations are checked against the verified account holder details before funds are released. The account name on your Maya, InstaPay or bank account must match the name on your superace2 profile to pass this check.
Support Path
If your account dashboard flags a step you are unsure about, contact our support team directly through the Help channel shown in your account. Have your reference number and wallet receipt ready — those details let us find and resolve the issue quickly.
BANKING QUESTIONS
Frequently Asked Questions About superace2 Banking
These are the questions we hear most often about deposits, withdrawals and account verification. If your question is not covered here, the Help channel in your account dashboard connects you directly to our support team — have your transaction reference number ready before you reach out.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit on superace2?
Your superace2 Cashier accepts Maya, InstaPay and Bank Transfer for deposits. Select the method from the Cashier screen after login; each one displays its own fields, minimum amount and any reference number you need to include in your transfer.
How do I know my deposit has been received?
After your transfer completes on the payment rail, your wallet balance updates and the Cashier screen shows a Completed status. You can also check Transaction History in your account dashboard at any time to see the current status against your reference number.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount for each method — Maya, InstaPay and Bank Transfer — is shown live on the withdrawal form in your Cashier. These figures can change, so always check the form directly rather than relying on figures noted elsewhere.
Why is my withdrawal request still showing as Pending?
A Pending status means your request has been submitted but is still in the processing queue. If the status has not changed after the timeframe shown on screen, contact support through the Help channel in your account with your withdrawal reference number ready.
Do I need to verify my account before I can withdraw?
Yes. Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is released. Open Account Settings, go to the Verification tab, and upload a clear photo of a government-issued ID. The status updates there once the review is done.
My deposit reference number is not showing in Transaction History — what should I do?
First, allow time for the payment rail to confirm the transfer. If the status is still absent after that window, contact our support team through the Help channel. Have your external wallet or bank receipt and the Cashier reference number ready so we can trace the transaction.
